Shipping and Delivery

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

2. Shipping Areas

Currently, we only ship within India.
International orders are not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • A flat standard shipping charge of ₹60 applies to all orders, regardless of location or order value.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid through our secure checkout options.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package on the courier’s website using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery will require payment of additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at urbanellejewelry@gmail.com or whatsapp @ 9544977943
  • Include photos of the packaging and product (if applicable)

We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
